Infy Mysore Training: Live it and Love it...

Well friends, for a long time…I was searching for some topic to re-invigorate my blog
site after a long dead period. Well, I am pretty happy to discover a legendary topic on which I can speak for at least 1 whole day continuously…Yeah..that topic is not actually is a topic, but is a platinum period of my life(with some rusted iron patches)…Yes….that period is my Mysore life….in that so-called heaven- “Infosys-Mysore Campus”.
Well, let me tell you I may be having doubt about calling the campus as heaven but I am damn sure it will not be an exaggeration to call that life an “Angel-Life”, which blatantly is possible in a heaven only.

So, let me tell you from the very beginning. We entered the campus on 12th June 2011. The first outside view of the campus from the bus that we traveled- in was worth appreciating. It was looking like some group of great architectures of Rome or U.S. or some other foreign country….having pure exotic flavor. Well, after little formalities we’re allowed to enter in the campus for registration. After registration, our luggage was loaded in a separate truck and we’re loaded in a carrier to be reached to our hostels. Well, from the vehicle we were seeing the picturesque views of the campus…the stain-free gorgeous parks… the impeccably clean roads ………..the giant and beautiful glass buildings…none of whom were made like the regular cube shaped buildings…each building was having a different style ………these were some of the things that we were crawling like crazies…..It was seeming like we’ve entered into a different world altogether.

Well in some time, we reached hostels…there were several hostel buildings standing close to each other, each of them were like some 5 star hotels.
Well, the most luxurious thing was still to be watched…it was the room which was allocated to each person to stay during the training period, as soon as unlocked the room…the amount of happiness that came on seeing just a glimpse of the room was so much that even a drop more of it could have caused me a heart attack. Well, it was a room which I had not ever even imagined in my dreams. It was a room with all the amenities possible on earth. A.C, bed, LCD TV, Luxurious Cupboard, tables, lamps, a heater for making tea, tea and coffee packets, a white towel, Mysore sandal soap, bathroom, crème colored curtains, one full side of wall made from glass, the view from those transparent net curtain….Well, it was something more than a dream come true. The most important thing was I was alone to be using all these amenities.. no one was sharing it with me.

Well, in the evening, the awesome food in those giant food courts, and that giant structure of the dome (multiplex) were the things that provided elation to mind and soul. Well, from the next day onwards, we had to attend the 5 day long induction program to be held in the multiplex. The first night on that awesomely creepy bed is still one of the best nights of my life. I had never seen such erotic and beautiful dreams in my whole life as that night. Well, I was just thanking god from the core of my heart to let me enjoy this level of living about which I have never even dreamt of. Anyways night passed, sun appeared, the little sunlight from that glass wall passing through two layers of curtains just struck my face and it was time to wake up.

After a warm-shower (this is the specialty of Mysore-weather…you need to have a hot water shower even in the middle of June, and you can survive with a thin-blanket even in the middle of December.), got ready just in time and at sharp 8:30, we were outside Multiplex standing in the queue containing 600 plus fresh engineers waiting for the induction program. Well, standing there in the queue for around 2 hours from the scheduled time, I realized I am still on earth in a country called India…Well, even after entering in that giant multiplex after severe checking of your dress-code, we were just seated in that hall with no one attending us for around 2 hrs., I guess that was because we were the pilot batch of that session. For that whole time, the “Infy song” was continuously played to increase our torture or we can say ‘to increase the capacity of ‘how much we can take’ ’. Well, for first 15 minutes, I liked the song, but after I spent the next two hours with listening that song and practically doing nothing else, I learnt a lesson…i.e. no matter how much u like a song , when u are compelled to continuously listen to that song for 2-3 hrs, that becomes a very peculiar form of mental torture termed as ”Infy Induction”.
Anyways, the same sort of story was repeated for the next 5 days primarily aimed at telling us about the etiquettes in Infy Campus and specially ASHI . Well, this “thing” is not so voluptuous as it sounds, as it stands for “Anti Sexual Harassment Initiative” by Infy.

Nevertheless, the actual training activity of Infosys started from next week which is so-called very high level and difficult to undergo and all that…..Well, the thing about training is that which makes it so special is it’s properly structured, performed by highly trained faculties, done in highly sophisticated facilities and heavily competitive environment failing which a student has to undergo the same exams and training again and again. Moreover, the passing percentage for each of the exam is 65, the figure at which most universities in India award a first division. And, this is the bare min passing percentage, if you have to live a respectable life there and avoid repeating the courses similar courses again, you have to score at least 85 p.c in each subject. Well, no offence, but If I’d have scored this much p.c. in my college even once, I’d have topped and would have got a pretty good company to work with. Well, the irony is that then I couldn’t have enjoyed this Infosys campus of mysore: the heavens of heavens.

But is it that simple??? Let me explain you the lesser-bright side of it. The weekdays are like the life of the local train users in Mumbai, you just get up early, get ready, get to the food-court fast because if you are going at the peak time, there will be a long queue at every counter and also you won’t get the cycles to reach there in time. I don't know at what time other people used to leave from hostels, but for a 9 A.M. class, even when I left the hostel at 7:30, all one thousand cycles (placed in the parking of each hostel) were gone. Well, I don’t think, I ever enjoyed the pleasure of reaching the classroom in cycle in the morning after the first two weeks. And, if you are lucky enough to get a bicycle even after 8 A.M., let me suggest you, immediately go and invest in the MCX market all you have got and you will become a billionaire overnight for sure.

Well, you have to rush, reach food-court fast, eat fast, and get to the classroom even faster if you are short of time. While going to the classroom, you see thousands of engineers walking in front of you, all of them in the same direction, and same pace(unless those having exam that day), same footpath, none of them on the road. Well, the pace of the herd (yeah, I mean it) varies according to time, if the time remaining is less, the walking speed is more than the normal running speed of a normal person. Depending upon the speed, I bet I can tell the exact time up to the precision of a minute if not seconds.

Well, after reaching in the classroom building(GEC-1 or GEC-2), you have to swipe-in and finally reach the class “BEFORE” 9 A.M…because even if you get into the classroom at precisely 9 A.M., you are on the mercy of the trainer whether you are going to earn that day’s salary or not. Well, for this particular salary-loss thing, there are other sophisticated ways also, like you can accidently miss a swipe, or make a wrong swipe, you can miss one attendance etc etc. If you are caught playing counter strike or any game or even listening songs with headphone…..beware….u could be fined heavily. Anyways, you get into the class, give your attendance, learn your stuff till noon, go out for the lunch, again stand in those mile-long queues, get your food, get back to class, complete the practical exercises by the end of the day. If you want to save something, you have the luxury of storing it in your huge “10 MB” capacity outlook, because every other place in the hard-drive gets formatted every day.
This routine is the normal routine of a CS-IT guy who manages to get home by 6:30 to 7 P.M.. Now, if you are a non- CS-IT guy….may your soul rest in peace…I had some friends from non CS-IT, poor guys, some of them just used to go out from room in the morning 6:30 A.m to their classrooms., used to returns around 9-10 PM..sometimes not used to return at all..doing night outs in night labs. Most of them used to go to GEC on weekends also. This all labor was done just to get passing marks and still, very few of them used to succeed to clear all the modules in the first attempt. Well, I can say for sure, if there is non CS-IT guy who has completed training from Infy, there is nothing in this world that he/she can’t do, nothing else in life they will find difficult or tedious or obviously laborious.

Well, the thing is that training life in Mysore is something that could be called as the best of your life that you can ever have. You get the opportunity to have a life that is challenging….aka “Toofani” and those weekends that you ‘earn’ after striving hard for those 5 crucial days every week, you gotta enjoy them…every week, 2 hours before each of the 6 shows of movie, you get the pride of standing in a well organized, punctual long queue(containing around 1500-2000 engineers: perhaps the longest queue in the world for engineers….i don’t know why infy hasn’t claimed for Guinness book of world record yet). In the morning you just get up, wearing trousers and t-shirt and a small bag may be having TT bat or swim suit( which I used to have) and u just get out…don’t know what you will do today as there are hell lot of choices like to play every sport I can know of, and any leisure activity you can think of like, watching movie, food, swimming pool ,guitar classes, TT, lawn-tennis, badminton, pool, bowling etc. etc. etc…….

I don’t know how much changes that training brought to me technically, but socially, Infy at least made us to learn a couple of things …the first of it is to become a good citizen of India. Some times I feel like every politician in India before entering into politics should have a 4 month training there so that they should learn to honestly follow the rules . In Infy, the way management team performs the management of these 25k people, the country can learn from it. Regarding everything, there are clearly defined rules, and for every rule, there are clearly defined people who are responsible that those rules have to be followed. E.g. people use cycle to commute themselves from one place to another within the campus. Well, there are speed limit boards that are place every 50 mts. And if you are exceeding the speed beyond that limit (usually, that limit is 10 kmph), the guards are there to put an obstacle with their clear signals in your leisurely ride that u are having. One thing is really special about Infy, even if some place is there where oxygen or light or any earthly possible thing can’t be reached, I can bet on all my salary that the security guards will be there. Guards are omnipresent there, I know it’s difficult to hide yourself from GOD…but if you’re able to find a place where you miss the sight of all the guards of the campus, well…you’re more surreptitious than “Batman in stealth mode”.

Well, this is the point where I want to stop myself from creating another epic in the history of India :), because one thing I know about it is that..I will never be able to explain it…because Mysore life is like having a roller-coaster ride…”YOU WILL KNOW IT ONLY WHEN YOU’LL LIVE IT”.

What it's like being a hosteller...!!!

So.... guys welcome back to this hell-ic world created by this very guy.....
So....today we are going to talk about HOSTEL....

HOSTEL.......a very esoteric as well as exoteric word in itself.....
Exoteric in the sense that everybody knows somewhat about it...everybody has some image of hostel imprinted in one’s brain...
If I ask any1 that what is the very first thing that comes in your mind when some1 talks about hostel.....generally people will reply like:

A group of freaky guys enjoying rum and abusing each other in the room or terrace...
Some will answer like....a group of chain smokers fighting with each other pugnaciously and recklessly...
Some will say...dirty rooms and toilets...

This is the lingua franca of the hostel Image when they talk or think about hostel.
More or less, I comply with all these people...but as I’ve explained, this is only the exoteric view...

Hostel is actually an umbrella term...an umbrella term the meaning of which could only be instilled...slowly...slowly...and only by experiencing this habitat.

My journey in hostel began 4 n half years ago, when I got admission in SGSITS, Indore: The so-called best college of Madhya Pradesh.

In the beginning, I was not willing to take the hostel because of the dirty toilets image that was already imprinted in my mind. But one of my city-senior suggested that hostel is good for 1st year students looking from the aspect of security. During the conversation, he made a remark that I haven’t forgotten so far. It was: “ If you once get into hostel, you will not be able to leave it.”

I was amazed how he could make such a statement even after being a day- scholar. But, this stmt of him created a great anxiety-cum-excitement within me about hostel.
Finally we opted for hostel and got it within a week.

Initial days were very usual ( As I used to live at ground floor, my assumptions about unhygienic toilets proved to be very true.),but soon we started to incorporate the changes that have been approaching us while shifting from a town like Morena to a city like Indore to live in this worldly heaven :).

#girls’ views about hostellers

As per the feedback given to me by a friend of mine, what the girls in GH think about the Hostellers is: They all are just bullies, drunkards, smokers, used to watch some dirty stuff all the time, arrogant, don’t respect girls, always used to comment on the girls, abuse all the time and bla bla bla...

By the way, all the allegations that were charged on the hostellers were more or less correct, because the image that was reflected by our immediate senior batch was exactly in compliance with these virtues.....but we...the poor guys... had to live with this image for some time before we could make ourselves’ image rather than inheriting it.

# what actually a hostel is...

As I’ve explained before that what it is like being a hosteller....:

It’s something about living in those dirty rooms, but the feeling which spills out from deep inside heart when we clean a room after 2 months with a groom stolen from somebody’s room, is more invigorating and soothing to soul than staying in a air conditioned room of any 7 star hotel.

It’s somewhat equivalent taking the kicks of the GPL giants like PP(Pushpendra Patel)(GPL Specialist) on the ass on any occasion ranging from the placement to the birthday of oneself and sometimes for the birthday of the guy that lives in the same wing as yours and sometimes without no reason at all and If the cynosure is found to be guilty of wearing extra outfits at that very day, the quantity as well as strength of the kicks and those special chappals, designed and stored for this special purpose, increase manifold. The experience of this is something that u can’t buy even by paying a million dollars other ways.

It is something about watching those “vaisi” movies in the common room having cent percent attendance.....which provides a fun which couldn’t be achieved even in those giant air-conditioned multiplexes.

It’s something about making a tie-knot and sometimes searching a Cal-C like crazies by knocking in every room for your friend who is going to appear for the company in which you are not eligible for some reasons and then wishing him best of luck from your heart....in reference to a great guy of our hostel-Sagar dubey.

It is something in reference to shouting the name of the guy in front of the girl to which that guy is trying to flirt or impress, and then saying sorry for doing this to him and then again repeating this all the very next day.

It’s all about going to or sending the juniors to a girl sitting in canteen or a girl passing by to give her a heart -shaped red balloon or a red rose and then ask her name. This is the way hostellers celebrate Valentine’s day.

It’s something gathering in the corridors and terrace and shouting in a voice(which try to emulate an animal’s voice but it is far more scary) when sometimes light (electricity) disappears. If this is the reason why we are called the bullies, then we are the most dangerous terrorists in this globe.

It’s about addressing each other with the dirtiest words possible. But when the relatives of anyone come, then we(esp. Guys that resides in that particular wing) become the most civilised creatures in this universe.

The hostel is something in which you have to bear several nights of torture from the Most DASSU and JEHREELE seniors of millennium for collecting “contri” to organize a ganesh chaturthi or matki –fod ceremony .

The hostel is something where the average of bucket availability in each wing is single bucket per wing which is extensible up to 2-3 buckets per floor...especially in winter when one single water heater which is at ground floor in the morning founds itself at the terrace in the afternoon passing through infinite hands.

Let me talk in detail about buckets...there is a very important lesson about buckets that I learnt after buying 6 pairs of balti-magga only in first 2 years...the lesson is “if you are able to use your own bucket to wash your body in the morning...then you should run and purchase a lottery ticket..because that day is a very very rare and lucky day of your life” and frankly speaking I have hardly spent 2-3 of such lucky days.

And let’s just not talk about magga...becoz on a very sunny and beautiful day you will purchase a “gorgeous magga” and will take every possible promise to let it keep safe and keep it in the most secure place of your room...but on some other sunny morning, you will go to toilet and you will find that “gorgeous magga” in the toilet. Anyways, I know how many abuses you give to this unknown guy for his most detestable task on earth.

The most frightening as well as favouring part of hostel life is SENIORS and really they are. Seniors are really very strange creatures.
Strange: because when we come to college in first year, they will make every possible effort on earth to present them as very ominous, dangerous, devil like creatures. They will make first year guys feel and live the hell in their starting days. They will make the poor innocent guys perform every bad activity in a so-called ultra-procreative concept called Ragging.

The mandatory big treats in GK by seniors for copying a 25 page assignment in a night’s time, and the acceptance of that special PRASAAD in the return journey for some “ainvayi” reason, was really a feeling that we used to boast of in front of other hostel-colleagues after returning from that death-tour.

But gradually, as we come to know about their true nature and their intentions behind all the deeds, we start developing a sense of respect and ownership towards them. Seniors are like your elder brother in college, will do whatever possible for them for their juniors to help them at any cost. Even if you have done something terribly wrong, they will always be there to guide you, help you. However it’s equally important which senior to approach in which condition...this mapping should be crystal clear, otherwise you will end up in deeper shit . At the end of third year, when we give farewell to our immediate seniors, on one side there is a feeling of elation and proud that for the next year, we will be the senior-most guys in the college(babba’s(droppers) and kundoo’s{non-B.E./B.Tech. guys} are not included), but on other side, there is a sorrow feeling of losing them.

In the end....it’s all about love and affection of a strange kind, a HOSTEL is all about attaching emotionally to the extent of life n death, it’s about just giving and only giving, it’s about politics, sociology, and everything that could be experienced on this earth in this century. What I have experienced from Hostel life is...if you haven’t lived in the hostel, then............you have really missed something in life......something which can’t be achieved and experienced by any other way. People say that, they don’t understand hostellers...the reason is...to understand a hosteller, you have to be a hosteller.

Really Miss U all...my dear hostellers... Take care...

Kashmir: what it needs….a gratitude or a curse

Hello friends…….
Let me introduce today to a topic which produced big heat a few days ago, but is still unresolved like the 99 percent issues of India. Actually I was planning to post this a few days ago, but due to study stuff, it has gone belated.
What happened in Kashmir in past 2-3 months was really unethical, brutal and undemocratic, which has swallowed lives of over 80 innocent people, including kids and females, so far and which continuously becoming a galloping situation, in a democratic country.

kashmir has been so much grilled in political conundrum that it finds difficult to overcome it.
India is a youth-rich country.and the potential of youth has to be harnessed for the socio-economic growth of the country.

But the grievances that are arising among Kashmir-youths is a matter of concern .Although they are far more educated than most of Indians but what made them to come on roads and started pelting stones over govt. agencies and offices, is really a serious issue. It seems that they got fed up with the kind of governance which was ruling over them for the past 50-55 years.

Now,the Pandora's box has been opened and their demands are coming out of this .Their demands may be liable but their means are certainly not good.

First, they are demanding Autonomy. According to Indian Constitution article 370,special status has already been given to Jammu-Kashmir than any other state. Their citizens are given special freedom in terms of their fundamental rights ,citizenship issue etc. Although sometimes center exercises control over state, but they need to understand that they are more free than any other citizen.

Second, they want demilitarization in region. This is not possible in current scenario, because Kashmir has now become hub for terrorist-activities. You can hear the rattles of gun-barrel easily in valley .If govt. propose to do so,this will be taken as withdrawl from the battlefield and then some Al-qaeda or Hizubal-Muzahidin will come and start to rule over there.

Third, they want Independence. How much independence they need.its the issue.

Fourth, they want that this should be treated as international issue. But ,Does India has rule over entire area? India rules over only around 50% of region, this means that flood-hit Pak and china should also step-in and help resolving the issue. That doesn't seem possible in current portfolio.

In all,to resolve the issue, public participation is must.local parties, having voice of common people and common man infact ,must abjure violence,if they want peace and should come forward for dialogue.

Also the center has the responsibility to confront the matter and listen to common people without any political hypocricy. An all-party delegation needs to be send to Kashmir .Govt. should ensure that they are with people and should announce economical-political package for people.

Education System in India....

Education In India: a framework to be concerned about
Hello frendz, welcome back to this fey world created by ajay (aka ajju)(aka guptaji)…enjoy…. !!!!but wait….just cogitate for a moment about what I’ve written….!!!Let’s go….

A recent survey done by Outlook-MDRA made a big news in SGSITS. There was celebration at every corner of the college.
The news for celebration was that, in that survey SGSITS was assigned the rank 35.
In the starting i was just stupefied by listening this so called news for celebration .But actually I forgot to consider the ” T&C(Terms and Condition) apply.” section of this news.
Actually the T&C was that SGSITS is been ranked 35th in the top engineering institutes of India (when many of the topmost elite institutes of the country were not taken into consideration) .
Anyways, As I am a guy with very positive attitude, I was still trying to “feel good” with the conception that SGSITS is considered to be good in India and ” Indian institutes are considered to be very elite among the world”.
But all my “feel good” factor was just annihilated brutally and this time even my positive attitude was helpless just because of the news: ”In the recent QS ranking of the world universities, the highest ranked Indian institute is IIT, Mumbai and is given the rank 187 in the world .”
All my misconceptions that were flourished by me so far that I am studying in a very good college were shattered like rack of cards. It took me one full day to recover out of shock.

But anyways, if we talk about the infrastructure of even the elite institutions in India, they are not that good and competitive as compared to other universities of the world. Even they are not competitive as compared to other Asian institutes because the same report has also revealed that 35 other Asian institutes are ranked higher than the highest ranked institute in India.

The basic reason for the lagging of our elite institutes is the lack of investment of funds in them by the Govt.. We allocate almost minimum funds in this field among all the significant countries of Asia. That is one issue deserving concern by our govt other than hot issues like Kashmir, CWG, Babri Mosque issue.
However, people may claim that in a developing country like India, investment on primary education is more important, and we should not worry about those only few elite institutions in India.

I think only the first half of their claim is correct. Obviously, the primary level education in India is important but the investment on higher education is no lesser important because ignorance of it is creating many problems that currently India is facing. The most severe of them is Brain-Drain. Most of the Scholars from India always head to foreign after completing their higher education in IIM’s and IIT’s just because of the lack of proper infrastructure available here for holding them. There are very few research institutes in India.
Also, one more fact is that the packages that they are likely to get in India are not that attractive.
Moreover, when these scholars permanently get out of the country, we just denigrate them at the name of fidelity. This is not fare, because if you can’t afford those talents, then you should try to reform yourself rather than blaming others.
And this happens with domino's effect, affecting poor people of the country also. When these scholars get out of the country, actually the people who are going to innovate new technologies or inventions have been gone, and henceforth India lacks in technology, thereby it has to buy technology from other countries where the technology is actually invented by the Indian indigenous mind.
So the crux of the story is that due to this brain-drain, we are actually paying (to other countries) for our own things (that could have been produced right here in India had there been sufficient investment in this field).
Besides, if some technology is invented in India, it is obvious that it would create jobs and thereby help in flow of money among poor people and thereby causing a balance in the country which is actually zero in our country(Riches are getting richer and poor are getting poorer).

So actually this issue is not limited to those elite institutes or those few people who are a part of those elite institutes, actually it directly or indirectly affects common and poor people too.

Even the basic level education is not in a very good condition. However some very commendable initiatives were taken by our former PM Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpeyee by his campaign ”School Chalein Hum”. But that campaign was not given enough attention when he went out of power. However some other sanguine efforts were done in this regard by campaigns like “Sab Padhen Sab Badhen”. But that campaign is not that successful as the previous one.

A few months ago, the bill for the RTE (Right to Education) was passed in parliament due to some serious efforts by the Supreme Court. According to this law there will be 25% quota in private schools for the children who parents can’t afford provide them good education and falling in the age group of 6-14 years and or play group to viiith class. This was a very good and practical step considering the pathetic condition of the government schools in India, but what about those children who have benefited from RTE and have completed their education up to class viii and they want to study further and they don’t have enough money to give to those private schools, there is no provision for that in out RTE. I think there is a need for amendment in that law regarding this.

There is a very famous line taken from a very famous poem by Robert Frost

“The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
Miles to go before I sleep
Miles to go before I sleep.”
So there are many reforms that are needed to be taken by the administration in this regard if it want to foster the overall development of the country.

Ayodhya Mosque temple issue: a Controversy or a Reason to fight about

Hello frendz...welcome back to this virtual world created by ajay in association with blogger dot com. Actually today’s topic is a very serious one...so plz try to ponder about the issue for a few moments...being an Indian....letz go!!!

In the very beginning of the article, I’m presenting you the facts and the flow of this issue from its birth.

Hindus believe that Ayodhya is the birthplace of Lord Ram, one of the avatars of Lord Vishnu. The land is therefore considered sacred and match the profile of a holy pilgrimage spot.

The construction of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya started during the rule of Muslim emperor Babur in 1527.
Mir Banki as the Viceroy of that region, who enforced Mughal rule over the population, came to Ayodhya in 1528 and built the Mosque. There are claims that when the Mosque built, the Ram temple at Ayodhya was either demolished or modified largely.

Over the years, Hindus have sought to reclaim the 'Ram Janmabhoomi' while Muslims have sought to defend the Babri Masjid.

Growth of dispute over the years
During the period after the construction of the mosque up to the mid of 19th century, Muslims continued to use it as Mosque and there were no substantial claims from Hindu side. After that Hindus were permitted to worship inner part of the mosque.
1947 - A Government order prohibited Muslims from being around the site (at least 200 yards). The main gate was locked. However, Hindu pilgrims allowed to enter through a side door.

1984 - The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) started a campaign to reclaim the site for Hindus so that a temple dedicated to the infant Ram (Ramlala) could be erected.

1989 - Allahabad High Court passed an order that the main gates should be opened up and restored the site to Hindus for eternity.

But the communal discord re-erupted when the Hindus intented to make modifications of the Islamic style structure built by General Mir Banki.

When they inaugurated the proposed new grand Temple with Government permissions, unrest erupted across India as the Muslim community was against this.

1992 - The dispute took a rather ugly turn on Dec 6, 1992 when the Babri Masjid was demolished during a political rally. This led to riots in which over 2000 were killed.

Ten days after the Babri Masjid demolition, the Liberhan commission was set up to probe the circumstances that led to the demolition.

2003 - On the order of the High Court, the the Archaeological Survey of India carried out excavation at the disputed site of Rama Janmabhumi - Babri Masjid from 12 Mar, 2003 to 7 Aug, 2003. The study reportedly found evidences of an ancient temple.

A 574-page report with maps, drawings as well as opinions was presented before the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court in Aug 2003.

Based on the archaeological evidence the the ASI report noted that the remains had distinctive features found associated with the temples of north India and said that there was sufficient proof of existence of a massive and monumental structure having a minimum dimension of 50x30 metres in north-south and east-west directions respectively just below the disputed structure.

2005 - On July 5, 2005, five terrorists attacked the site of the makeshift Ramlalla temple, in Ayodhya.

All the five terrorists were killed in the ensuing gunfight with the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), guarding the area. The attack claimed life of one civilian, who died in a grenade blast that the terrorists triggered to breach a cordon wall.

2009 - In Nov 2009, some of the findings of the Liberhan commission was leaked to the media. These leaked reports indicted Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders like LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi.

2010 - On Sep 24, 2010, the Allahabad High Court was slated to give its verdict on the Ayodhya title suit on ownership of the disputed land. On the eve of the judgement, the Supreme Court deferred the verdict by a week on a deferment plea and scheduled hearing of the postponement petition on Tuesday, Sep 28.

Now, whatever verdict high court gives, one thing for sure is that govt have to strive very hard to prevent communal riots in the country(if it want to).
If the verdict comes biased towards Hindus, then Muslim communities like MSS, AIMPLB will be getting crazy. If it comes biased towards Muslims, then Hindu parties and groups like VHP, ShivSena etc are the ones who are going to explode, and if the verdict comes midway, it will be the worst of all because then both the sides will be invading each other, so there is no way to get out of this drain of bloodshed safely. However, it is known to all that it is going to become a bonanza for some of the political parties. Why the hell these bloody politicians are always interested in making their good by marketing the funeral. Why the hell the politics has become so adulterated in India that a foul odour has started coming out even from its name. Why the hell they don’t want to see people living happily and prosperously....Why???????

Actually the problem is that all the community-specific groups and association have met an opportunity to fight for their religion and prove the significance of their existence by killing more and more people. The more the number of persons they kill by spreading riots, the more fecund they are. Their significance and the violence caused by them are in direct ratio, as far as their perception is concerned. Actually, the problem for these hardliners and orthodox people is not limited to Ayodhya or Babri Mosque, the problem is the modernisation of Indian society, the problem is the communal harmony that is prevailing in Indian society, the problem is the existence of communities other than they belong...and I think these vital problems that they are living with are too hard to solve by any court, any judicial system possible on this earth.

Actually the solution of this problem does not lie in the verdict of high court, it(court) may provide some imminent solution for this problem, or it may not even provide any solution at all, or it may add some more bloody twists in the issue, but it will not be the perpetual solution. The perpetual solution could be brought only by you, me...and to be precise, By “ us”. The only solution is actually the intellectual enlightenment of the every single individual in the country and that too by oneself. One fact is crystal clear, until our people and leaders are going to become aware and start thinking globally and intellectually rather than communally, with an attitude of growth of country rather than fighting on the name of growth of a particular caste or creed or community, India will remain as backward as it was some hundred years ago when only the tribal and nomads used to live. This 8.8% economic growth is of zero importance until we are not growing mentally. One more thing, this will be the solution not only for this communal problem, this is the panacea for each and every single problem that India is facing, whether it is corruption, whether it is problem of harassment of women in Indian society or it is anything else.

Aghori's:The enigmatic truth...

Hello frendz.....welcome back to this jhilau world of ajay AKA guptaji...the brand new name of mine gifted by some of my dearest frendz....

So....without much ado....ab mudde ki baat pe aate hai....!!!!

The day before yesterday i was watching ‘Mano Ya Na Mano’.
I have watched some of its previous episodes also....but for the first time its concept struck in my mind with that much impact. That episode was related to

“AGHORI BABAs” ..No....no..no..no ..I m not talking about hostel’s aghori Ashwini kansal, the room partener of appu...actually I m taking a generic case...!!!

Actually after watching that episode many questions were colliding with the walls of my mind...Can the magical powers be attained by doing scary stuff as aghoris claim to have??? Can we make our soul more sacred than a normal human being as aghoris do??? Can we make ourselves mentally far much stronger by eating the flesh of the corpses??? Can we get a chance to surfeit our fear for rest of the life by sleeping on the bed of ashes in cemetary..........?????

A number of such questions were flashing again and again, and I think this time google couldn’t help me either.

From our childhood, we’ve been told such stories by our grandpa or by some gallant pioneers from our colony....especially in villages, these stories are very rampant. Now actually the point to be concerned about is how true these stories are. One of my friend says he has met with one such aghori baba. Describing the whole incident, he explained that aghori asked him what he want. He replied-a few Cashews. Aghori just waived his hand in air for a moment and at the second moment the cashews were in his hands and he offered some of it to my story teller friend. My friend just remained flabbergasted by this so called “magic”.
There are many famous stories that explain the supernatural powers of these extraordinary human beings like curing the incurable diseases of many people, forecasting something that always proves true etc etc etc.

In Mehandi pur balaji bhagwan mandir, the patients who are suffering from the diseases concerning ill souls are treated and their method of treatment is actually very inhuman. But the crux of this matter is that most of the patients get healed. They become perfectly fine as if nothing had ever happened to them.
There are many more incidents to be described in this regard that we can get in favour of the existence of these transcendental powers.
.
Those who are believers believe these things and those who are not, there is no way you can make them believe.
Well, Again it’s all a matter of perception..Believe it or not...either way you are right....Mano yaa Naa Mano...........!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my first rendezvous with "Her"......

# When i first saw her.....
Today....I saw her for the very first tym....
I don’t remember exactly what were the feelings that came out of my heart...
But my mind was in solid confusion...
IS IT REAL.......
Is the existence of such elegant reality is possible on earth...
It strived a lot...to come out of that solid confusion..
Or that loop of illusion...
But it cudn’t...
It just cudn’t...

It kept thinking about her for the weeks...
For everyday...for every minute....and for every single moment...
Even the heart was not helping it...
Becoz it(heart) was also weaving something....
It was weaving the dreamz of spending some moments wid her...
A few golden moments...for which it will be beating too fast to count...
Or it may pause working.....

It was actually falling unconscious.....
Just by the imagination of those anticipated and illusionary golden moments of life.....

# When i met her for the first tym....

Today is the luckiest day of my lyf.......
Today i’m going to meet her...for the first tym....
Becoz she told me that she wants to meet me.....
Was it actually my name that she called.....
I was spurred wid obligations to my parents...
For giving me a name....for the first tym....
A name consisting of the syllables that she will be uttering,
While calling my name.....
Suddenly....only at that moment...my name became the most priceless liability that i possess....

# imagining me wid her......

Oh...my god....my senses have succumbed to my excitement...
And have stopped working...
Since the moment they’ve come to know that they have got the opportunity to sense the gorgeousness of most beautiful creation in this world...

Oh lord!!! I m so excited!!!!!!!!!
My eyes are enjoying a party becoz they will be one of the very few and most luckiest pairs of eyes that have succeeded to enjoy her glimpse...
They are on the nineth cloud.....
I wish i’d be having another pair of eyes...so that i’d be able to hold the snapshot of her appearance for some more moments.....
My nose is no lesser happy.....it is also going to join the world of those lucky organs who will be sensing that incredible pulchritude...
Afterall it is going to sense the most charismatic fragrance in this world.......

But my conscience was also making me feel compassion on those who have never seen her beauty....
Poor fellows....just wasted their lyf.....

BUT between all these events.........my heart was also feeling some fear......
What if something lousy happened to me...
What if my eyes just lose their capacity to watch...only then..
what if my nose gets selfish and cheats and refuse to send that fragrance to heart......
what if my feet fail to approach her......
what if my brain stop working just before seeing her...

really i’m very scared now......
i cudn’t control my fear......
it is overwhelming me.....

# that moment came.....

It has become too hard to me to control my senses now....
She is about to come...
The world can’t deny the fact that this is the most beautiful moment of my life..
Coz i’ve a proof...
The clock tip is indicating it....
Yeah....this is the moment....!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But why the hell the tips of this clock have stopped moving....
Why the world around me is moving that slow......
To hell with this world....
Oh.....what this fragrance is.....
May be she has come...
Yeah.....there she is.....
There the epitome of god is standing....
God....plzzzz pause the time...
So that i could see her till my eyes satisfy.....
What else can i do????
I think i shud die.....
Becoz then i’d be able to see her for as much as i want.....
May be for centuries....or milleniums...!!!!!!!
Yeah....this is the right thing....
God plz help me.....
Help me.....
Please don’t let her go off me...
God plz help me.....
Help me.....
Help me.....
